Of the various diseases that exist today, none other than the root source of life the wrong pattern, and kidney failure is one that many diseases are caused because the wrong lifestyle.rnrnThe aim study is to determine the pattern of life of patients with chronic renal failure incidence in the department of internal medicine Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro klaten and know the relationship of each variable with the incidence of chronic renal failure. Research methods using case control study (retrospective) with cross sectional approach and using chi square and regression of three predictors. The research sample was 140 respondents (70 men and 70 cases of group control group), to collect data by questionnaire and medical record notes.rnrnResults of research conclusions with Bivariate Chi square test for each variable are (1) there is a relationship between dietary patterns with incident chronic kidney failure p = 0.041 0.05 . (3) no relationship between physical activity with incident chronic kidney failure p = 0,21>0,05. Regression results of three predictor is a predictor of who fall into the influence of chronic renal failure events, namely: dietary pattern p = 0.041
